I am targeting this blog at those who, rather than merely accept without question what others tell them, are prepared to listen to what others have to say then do their own research when necessary before arriving at a reasoned conclusion.
My major interest here at the present time is what I see as the greatest political confidence trick that is being attempted by the UN, the "significant human-made global climate change" scam, otherwise known as "Dangerous/Catastrophic Anthropogenic Global Warming/Climate Change" (DAGW/CAGW/CACC).
Up until November 2009 the UN, fully supported by the world's power-hungry, politicians, environmentalists, those with financial investments in renewable energy projects and even some of the thousands of scientists who are building their careers on this scam appeared to be getting away with it. Fortunately for us all a set of very important files were leaked from within The University of East Anglia's Climate Research Unit and have been made available all over the Internet for close scrutiny by global sceptics.
This has resulted in significant and increasing enlightenment of the voting population about the ludicrous and unsubstantiated claims being made about our use of fossil fuels leading to Catastropic Anthropogenic Climate Change (CACC). Despite this the vast majority of our own politicians of all shades continue giving their full support the the CACC nonsense, aided and abetted by much of the mainstream media which happily promotes the scary propaganda. After all, a lot of people have a far greater interest in reading about scares and scandle than the good side of life - not to forget the BBC with its Pension investments in - renewables?
Fortunately the freedom of the Internet and those leaked UEA CRU files have provided the means to expose the real agenda behind this political shenanigan. I shall be providing updates on developments as effectively as possible, meanwhile there is already a vast amount of revealing information that is readily available through your chosen Internet search tool. Please use it to look at both sides of this debate with an open mind.
Of course there are usually shenanigans on both sides of an issue and CACC is no different, so I'll cover both sides of the coin.
Best regards, Pete Ridley
